The Bluesky handle is the ID of the account, commonly displayed with an "@" in front of it.

The specific post ID is the bit of the regular bluesky URL after "/post/".
If you only fill in the handle field, then you'll be taken to the account page. Viewing a specific post requires both handle and post ID.
